As a kid you simply believe what adults tell you. It's not until you become a teen that you challenge them, and then you revolt. At least, that's what I did.
Then, for many decades I felt embarrassed for people who held religious beliefs, but now I don't. It's only the real hard-liners like Sye and WLC that I like to give grief to.
