Just "But people have a right to ..."<br /><br />Monbiot's point is that the super-rich and big business rich are having a disproportionate influence on the media by setting up "think tanks" that are really no such thing. Which, it seems, is true. Nothing in this article deals with that argument, or shows that it is "ridiculous".<br /><br />Saying "I have a right to do what I want with my money, privately" is more or less irrelevant.
